The purpose of hiring waitstaff/servers and professionals to handle the sophisticated work during your event is to ensure that your guests have a great experience while attending the event.  YBG Staffing provides set-up and clean-up services, giving you a chance to sit back, relax, and party on. 

Waitstaff General Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Assist with event set-up including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet lines and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in ensuring the events are running on schedule. 
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the event.
• Maintain proper dining experience, serving Hors D'oeuvres, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, replenishing utensils, & refilling glasses.
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed.
• Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Proactively seek ways to contribute to the overall success of the event.
