Brian and his team are a must for any event! We hosted a backyard BBQ / pool party and Brian made hosting a breeze; Brian was hired for event set-up, serving, and clean-up. His work was above and beyond. We will hire again.
Our History
YBG STAFFING LLC, established in 2022, set out with the vision of connecting local professionals with meaningful job opportunities and offering comprehensive services to our clients.
Over the years, we have expanded our services and emerged as a leading name in the event management industry.
What We Do
Waitstaff will help set up the venue, table settings, manage the buffet, replenish food, clear plates, clean, and maintain the venue, return the venue to the original state, assist guests, and other basic duties as assigned.
Positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner including being attentive to guests' needs and making them feel welcome.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
- Assist with event set-up including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet lines and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in ensuring the events are running on schedule. Make adjustments as needed and relay that information to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the event.
- Communicate any areas of need, problems and concerns from guest to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed.
- Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
- Proactively seek ways to contribute to the overall success of the event.
